The puffin is a beloved ocean bird to many because of it's loveable face. The puffins we are used to seeing in Alaska come to breed in the spring and stay for much of the summer months. The puffins attract their mates by turning their beaks and webbed feet a vibrant orange. And, they stick with their mates for almost their entire life, 20 years.
Puffin is laser cut from wood veneer and painted with epoxy resin. Each piece is made to order and one-of-a-kind. Puffin is mounted on grey stained plywood and framed in blue stained select pine. Wall hanging comes with bracket on back so it's ready to hang once completed.
