... and another YouTube channel! One of our major projects this summer has been planning, preparing, and learning how to farm!
We decided that a small, organic market garden would be a great way for us to put our small bit of land to good use. A source of fresh, natural, local produce is something that will benefit both our family and our community. Now that we have lived here for a couple of years, we realized that the only way for us to consistently get fresh, natural, local produce was to drive 45 minutes to the nearest "farming community". So, our investment in this small farm is a bet that we are not the only ones who would like fresh, local vegetables. This has been more of a spare-time project this season as we build our initial infrastructure and learn the ropes.
