Basic Sourdough Bread

This delicious bread goes great with practically everything, or even just by itself...
Sourdough Bread
8 Servings 45 mins Cook 360 mins Prep
INGREDIENTS
160g Sourdough Starter
230g Water
400g Flour
5g Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk Starter into water
Add flour and salt then mix/knead
Let rise for 3 hrs
knock down/fold dough every 30 mins
Bake @ 475 for 20 min in dutch oven w/ lid on
Reduce temp to 450, remove lid and bake additional 25 mins
turn off oven and let sit for 15 mins before removing
NOTES
Score before baking
Use oil to keep from sticking
