Sourdough "Blue-Peary" Bread

A spinoff of my banana bread recipe, using blueberries and pears!
Sourdough Banana Bread
8 Servings 60 mins Cook 180 mins Prep
INGREDIENTS
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C butter
1/4 C oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C sourdough starter
2 bananas, sliced
2 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Soften butter, add sugar and cream together
Whisk in oil, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix in starter, stiring until even consistency, then add bananas
Add remaining dry ingredients, mixing until smooth
Cover bowl and allow to rest in warm place for 2-3 hrs, or overnight in the fridge
Before baking, sprinkle top with salt and brown sugar
Bake @ 350F for 60 mins
NOTES
Blueberries are a great addition!
Add an extra T of oil for a softer bread
